What is the 100-Day RESET Challenge?

For 100 days, you’ll go alcohol-free while practicing daily tools from the five RESET pillars that support your mind and body

Regulate – Calm your nervous system (breathwork, grounding, tapping, etc.)
Eat – Nourish your body with balanced meals and hydration

Mark off each day you stay alcohol-free and complete your daily tools. It’s okay to miss a tool here or there — life happens — but if you have an alcohol day, you’ll restart your 100 days.
